What you choose to store locally

Your selection list is stored in your browser's localStorage. It stays on that browser unless you include the items in a request. You can remove items through the selection drawer. The browser also remembers the first referring site, UTM source and landing page so we can understand which channel an enquiry came from; these values are sent only when you submit the form.

What the inquiry form collects

When you send a contact or order request, we collect the name, email or WhatsApp contact, product or topic, quantity, destination and message you provide. A hashed network identifier is used for abuse prevention and rate limiting. Do not submit card numbers, bank credentials or identity documents.

How it is used and protected

The information is used to answer your request and maintain a record of that conversation. Your contact detail is encrypted by the inquiry service before storage. The public site and public notification feed do not expose the decrypted contact. We do not add form submitters to a newsletter.

Service providers and retention

The form is processed by our SourceCompass inquiry service and reviewed by the team handling your request. Records are kept only as needed for follow-up, dispute handling and applicable record-keeping duties. Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion, subject to those duties.

Payments and analytics

No card data is collected on this static site. Hosted payment pages, if offered later, have their own privacy terms. Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure page views and performance; it is not used as an advertising pixel or to build a marketing profile.
