Returns

Terms are provided before payment

The catalogue does not currently promise a universal return window, free return label or lifetime repair service. Your written quote states the applicable return window, return address, refund timing and any item-specific conditions before you pay.

If something is not right

Use the contact form and include the item, the contact used for your request and a clear description of the issue. Do not mail an item back before receiving return instructions.

Cultural meaning is not a performance guarantee

Traditional symbolism is not a promise of health, wealth, luck, protection or another outcome. Any approved return is handled under the written product terms, not as a guarantee of a spiritual result.
